Return Policy

Decorative Accessories:

Salisbury & Manus will accept returns of decorative accessories for exchange or store credit only. Items can be returned within 7 days of the ship date in the original package for a full credit less the shipping and handling charges. The item must be in original condition and returned to Salisbury & Manus prepaid and insured. No COD returns will be accepted. Damaged returns will not be accepted. Please contact us to let our staff know that you will be returning an item so that we can properly handle your return and we can issue you a store credit towards your next purchase.


Furniture & Upholstery

Due to the custom nature of home furnishings, no returns will be granted on furniture or upholstery.


Fabrics & Wallcoverings

Once an order for a fabric or wallpaper is generated, the customer will be sent a cutting for approval. Once this approval is given, this order will be considered final . Therefore no returns will be granted on fabric and wallcovering.


Monogram

All monogrammed orders are considered custom. No returns will be granted on personalized merchandise.


Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is inspected and sent damage free to your home. If an item arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier and Salisbury & Manus within 48 hours of receipt. Salisbury & Manus cannot issue a store credit or send replacement merchandise until the claim is handled by the shipper. Once confirmed with the shipper, we will immediately replace the merchandise or issue a full credit.
