Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of receiving it. Please call us immediately to alert our staff of an order cancellation.


Delivery Time

Many of the items represented in our collection are completely hand made and crafted. Therefore a lead time is required before receiving this merchandise. Once your order has been generated, you will receive an e-mail with delivery status notification. If you have an immediate shipping need, please contact us directly and we will direct you to our in stock merchandise. Every attempt will be made to get purchases to you as quickly as possible.


Payment

Payment can be made through our online shopping cart using MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept Diners Club or Discover. Alternatively, we will accept personal check or money order. Please note that any applicable taxes and shipping will be automatically charged to your order.


Nature of Products

Due to the fact that many of our products are completely hand made, a slight variation in color and design may be expected.


Shipping

We use a wide variety of common carriers to deliver our merchandise. Many of the larger items (i.e. furniture and upholstery) will be handled by in house freight carriers. Due to the fact that furniture is bulky and awkward, please let us know if there will be any complication for our truckers- i.e. flights of stairs, security concerns, potential difficulty in access- so that we can make the proper arrangements. Salisbury & Manus will not be liable for furniture that is ordered that is incapable of delivery.
